Programs for Ages 5–12
Programs Built for the AI Era
Every program at Orange Elephant prepares children ages 5–12 to thrive alongside AI. We don't just teach coding — we teach the critical thinking, problem-solving, and AI fluency that will define the next generation of leaders.

Critical Thinking for AI
Our flagship weekly program. In a world where AI can generate answers instantly, the real skill is knowing which questions to ask. This progressive, multi-year curriculum teaches children ages 5–12 to reason, analyze, and solve problems — the foundational skills that make them effective leaders of AI, not just users of it.

AI-Ready Coding
From block-based coding to Python — students ages 5–12 build real projects at every level. They also learn to use AI coding assistants, evaluate AI-generated code, and understand why human judgment is irreplaceable. They graduate knowing how to code with AI, not be replaced by it.

Robotics in the Age of AI
Hands-on circuit building and robotic programming where students ages 5–12 see how AI powers real-world machines. They design, build, and program physical devices — learning how sensors, data, and AI-driven decision-making work together. This is where code meets the physical world.

AI Fluency & Prompt Engineering
Students ages 5–12 go beyond using AI — they understand how it works. They learn about machine learning, practice prompt engineering, critically evaluate AI outputs, and explore the ethics of AI. They'll know when to trust AI, when to challenge it, and how to make it work for them.

AI-Powered Game Development
Students ages 5–12 design and build video games from scratch — then supercharge them with AI. They learn game logic, animation, and physics while exploring how AI can generate art, create NPCs, and build dynamic game worlds. The result? Games they built, with AI as their creative partner.

AI + STEAM Projects
Interdisciplinary projects where AI meets science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Students ages 5–12 tackle real-world problems using AI as a tool — from data analysis to creative design. They learn that AI isn't just for tech people; it's a tool for every field and every thinker.

Field Trips · Ages 5–12
Learning Beyond the Classroom
What caused you to be who you are today? Chances are, a group project, a special speaker, or a field trip helped you decide. There was something in your life that sparked your passion or curiosity.
A field trip is one of the best tools we use to provide every student ages 5–12 with real-world experiences. It gives them a chance to think about a topic from a different perspective.
